  2. Hiking: Explore the park’s diverse trails, such as Alum Cave Trail and Laurel Falls Trail, to witness the vibrant autumn colors and cooler temperatures.
  3. Scenic Drives: Enjoy breathtaking views of the fall foliage on scenic drives like Newfound Gap Road and Cades Cove Loop Road.

♥️Valentine’s Day in the Smoky Mountains♥️

Bear Waves would be a fun cabin for four to five couples to getaway from it all and have fun time. OR plan a Galentine’s getaway for your gal pal squad and have a blast! The perfect itinerary in my opinion for either group would be as follows…

1- Breakfast at The Apple Barn – eat the apple fritters!

2- Hike off said fritters with a morning hike in The Smoky Mountain National Park. Just check trail and road closings due to weather/season before you go!

3- Share a charcuterie picnic near one of the many romantic mountain streams.

4- Take a pottery class together! Liza Bach at Alewine Pottery in Wears Valley is doing pottery classes!

5- Shop the quaint stores in Gatlinburg, the Artist Loop, Wears Valley or the outlet malls in Pigeon Forge.

5- Stop in for wine and moonshine tastings at any of the local wineries and distilleries.

6- Grill steaks at the cabin on the porch.

7- Enjoy a relaxing soak in the private hot tub at the cabin.

8- Get a great night’s sleep at Bear Waves Smoky Mountain Cabin!
