- We care about your experience. Unlike many owners who have a third-party property management company taking care of their cabin for them, we self-manage. We work really hard to make sure the cabin is well cared for, that it is set up for maximum fun and comfort, and to quickly resolve any issues that might arise during your stay. Our greatest desire is for you to have a memorable and special time of rest, reconnecting, and recreation together during your stay with us.
- Our private, indoor, heated pool is conveniently located. It is very common for cabins in the Smokies to have a hot tub. We have a hot tub as well! But one thing that sets Bear Waves apart is the private, heated, indoor pool. Oftentimes, these pool rooms are downstairs or inconveniently located. Not at Bear Waves! One step from the living room and you find yourself in the pool room. This way the adults AND the kids have a place to play/relax all year-round no matter the weather. As a side note… Bear Waves is in a resort that has a larger, community, indoor, heated pool that guests also have access to. As well as a large outdoor pool that is open seasonally. So, as you can see Bear Waves offers multiple splashing options!
- Conveniently Located! All of the roads leading to Bear Waves Cabin are easy to travel. Bear Waves is only 3 miles from the Parkway and downtown Pigeon Forge. The cabin is 12 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and 15 miles from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. It is a short 7.4 mile drive to Dollywood. In addition, there are several backroad options for getting places that allow you to skip some of the high-traffic parkway routes. Bear Waves is close enough to everything you want to do, but far enough away that you get that peaceful mountain getaway feel! Saving you time, so you can do what you came to do… rest, reconnect & recreate with your loved ones!
